| Best For | The numbers vary by page: 5,000+, 8,000+, 9,000+ and 10,000+ games all appear, and one page puts the average return at 96.5% without showing how that was measured. Providers named on mirror pages include Spribe, Microgaming, Smartsoft and Spinomenal. The pitch leans on crash and instant games, with Aviator and Lucky Jet the ones most often mentioned, plus slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti and Rummy, and a sportsbook with cricket. We could not open the lobby ourselves, so we cannot say which providers actually load in your country or which RTP versions are served. Open each game’s info panel before you play, especially under bonus wagering. |
| License | Operator: unresolved. Mirror pages name 1WIN N.V. (Curaçao company 147039) or WUNGroup B.V. (Curaçao company 160576). Neither is confirmed by an official Lucky Star page we could read. What the register shows. The register edition dated 21 September 2026 lists 1Win N.V. under OGL/2024/587/0621 (issued 6 September 2025, term end 6 March 2026) and WUNGroup B.V. under OGL/2024/1382/0969 (issued 22 February 2026, term end 22 August 2026). Both carry the status “Assessment in progress”, which is the most common status on that register at the moment. It is not “Expired” and it is not “Indefinite”. It means the licence is listed and its review is not finished. The register carries its own disclaimer that it guarantees nothing, and neither row names Lucky Star. Old numbers. The number 8048/JAZ 2018-040 belongs to Curaçao’s former master-licence system, which was replaced by direct licences under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. It says little about current authorisation. India and Brazil. Blucca found no Indian or Brazilian authorisation in the sources read. In India, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 bans online money games, offshore ones included, and has been in force with its 2026 Rules since 1 May 2026. |
| Payment Methods | For India, mirror pages list UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, bank transfer, cards and some crypto. One page gives a ₹300 minimum deposit and a ₹500 minimum withdrawal with no commission. Another review page claims withdrawals of 23 to 47 hours and a €200 per-transaction limit, which cannot be matched to a source we trust. Withdrawal speed is usually described as “within hours after KYC, up to 24 to 48 hours”. The real constraint for Indian players is outside the cashier: the 2025 Act bars banks and payment providers from handling money-game transactions. Expect failed or reversed payments to be a possibility, and do not use someone else’s account or card. |
| Bonuses | Every page agrees on the headline: 500% over the first four deposits. One regional page splits it as 200%, 150%, 100% and 50%. After that the numbers drift. Depending on the page the total is up to ₹30,000, ₹75,000 (with 70 free spins), about $700, $2,800 or even ₹250,000. Some pages also mention a promo code entered at sign-up. Weekly cashback of up to 30% on casino play and Friday and Monday reload offers are described, but without wagering details. We could not read the live terms, so we are not going to state a wagering multiple, a maximum bet or a cash-out cap. What we can say is that a 500% package is the kind of offer where those three numbers decide everything. Read them in your account before you accept, and note that a bonus can lock funds behind turnover you did not plan for. |
Overview
Lucky Star is a casino and betting brand that markets itself mainly to players in India and Brazil. The pitch is familiar: a 500% welcome package over four deposits, crash games such as Aviator and Lucky Jet, UPI-style payments and weekly cashback of up to 30%.
What is missing is a straight answer to who runs it. Mirror sites name 1WIN N.V., WUNGroup B.V. or an old Curaçao sub-licence, and the matching rows on the Curaçao register both show “Assessment in progress”. Add India’s 2025 ban on online money games, which reaches offshore sites that target Indian users, and the picture is a brand with a lot of marketing and very little that can be verified.
Our take: we would not deposit from India. Elsewhere, treat it as an unverified brand, keep the balance small and do not take the bonus before reading the live terms.

Licensing
Operator: unresolved.
India and Brazil. Blucca found no Indian or Brazilian authorisation in the sources read. In India, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 bans online money games, offshore ones included, and has been in force with its 2026 Rules since 1 May 2026.
More Details
How Blucca rated Lucky Star
- Licence and transparency. Operator claims conflict, and the two licence rows that match them are both still under assessment on the regulator’s register.
- Legal position. The brand is pushed mainly at India, where online money games are now banned by statute, and at Brazil, which has its own licensing regime.
- Payout reliability. We could not find a usable sample of independent complaints either way, so this stays unproven.
- Bonuses. A big 500% headline with unverifiable terms.
- Games and payments. Wide lobby and good local payment coverage, but the figures come from affiliates.
- Recourse. Weak.
The overall rating is an editorial judgement weighted toward the factors that decide whether a player can get money out and whether playing is legal at all. It is opinion and will change if the evidence changes.
Who is actually behind it
We tried to pin the brand to a company and could not do it cleanly. One mirror site says it is owned by 1WIN N.V. under licence OGL/2024/587/0621. Another says it is run by WUNGroup B.V., company number 160576. A third quotes an old pre-reform Curaçao number, 8048/JAZ 2018-040. Those are different companies, and none of the pages is the operator. The pages also disagree on launch year details and on how big the welcome bonus is. When a brand needs five mirror domains to explain itself, treat every figure on them as marketing.
Why India matters here
Lucky Star’s mirror sites are written for Indian players: INR, UPI, Paytm, Aviator. India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act was notified on 22 August 2025 and bans online money games outright, whether they are chance, skill or both. Section 1(2) extends it to services run from outside India that target Indian users, and the Rules came into force on 1 May 2026. Offering such games carries criminal penalties for the operator, and banks and payment providers are barred from processing the transactions. Pages claiming that a Curaçao licence makes play “fully legal” in India are not describing the current law. If you live in India, this is the first thing to check, not the bonus.
Reputation
We did not find a Casino Guru, AskGamblers or Trustpilot profile for this exact brand that we could read and match to the same operator, and the generic search results for the name were mostly unrelated pages. That is not a clean bill of health. It means there is no independent track record we can lean on, so the safe assumption is the one that applies to any unverified offshore brand: small balances, early withdrawals, screenshots of everything.
Responsible gambling and support
We could not confirm the in-account toolkit. Set your own hard budget before you deposit, and if you want a blocking tool that works across sites, BetBlocker is free. Support is described as 24/7 chat plus email, but we have no test results for it.
Sources and method
Desk research on 4 October 2026 using the Curaçao Gaming Authority register edition of 21 September 2026, the Indian Online Gaming Act and its 2026 Rules as summarised by law-firm and policy sources, and several affiliate and mirror pages for brand claims. Blucca did not deposit, play or withdraw. Terms change, so confirm everything on the operator’s own site.
Verdict
Lucky Star has the look of every other offshore crash-and-slots site: a giant welcome percentage, local payments and cheerful copy. The problem is what cannot be checked. The operator is named three different ways, the matching licence rows are both still under assessment, and the bonus figure moves depending on which page you read.
For Indian players the larger issue is the law, not the product. If you are elsewhere and still curious, treat it as a place to risk a small amount, take no bonus until you have read the live terms, and cash out early.
Pros
- Local payment rails for India such as UPI, PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay, with INR accounts
- Large lobby claimed at 8,000 to 10,000 games, with crash titles like Aviator and Lucky Jet
- Casino and sportsbook in one account, with weekly cashback advertised at up to 30%
- Low entry point: about ₹300 minimum deposit according to one regional page
- Welcome package is split over four deposits, so you do not have to take the whole thing
Cons
- Operator is named three different ways across sources and none could be confirmed from the site itself
- Both candidate licence rows (1Win N.V. and WUNGroup B.V.) read “Assessment in progress” on the 21 September 2026 register
- India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act bans online money games, including offshore sites that target Indian users
- Almost all public coverage is affiliate pages and mirror domains, with no independent complaint dataset found
- 500% bonus figures and caps change from page to page (₹30,000, ₹75,000, $700 and $2,800 all appear)
- Wagering, max-bet and withdrawal terms could not be read at source
- Many unofficial look-alike domains carry the Lucky Star name
Frequently Asked Questions
Sources conflict. Mirror sites name 1WIN N.V. or WUNGroup B.V., both Curaçao companies, and none of those pages is the operator. We could not confirm which company holds your contract.
Affiliate pages cite OGL/2024/587/0621 (1Win N.V.). A different page points to WUNGroup B.V. Both appear on the 21 September 2026 Curaçao register with the status “Assessment in progress”, and neither row names Lucky Star.
Not in any way we could support. India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, in force since August 2025, bans online money games and reaches offshore services that target Indian users. A Curaçao licence does not change that.
We could not verify the operator or find an independent complaint record. Treat it as unverified, avoid large deposits and withdraw early.
A 500% package over four deposits, often shown as 200%, 150%, 100% and 50%. The caps differ between pages, from about $700 to $2,800, and we could not read the wagering terms.
Pages quote a ₹500 minimum withdrawal and speeds from hours to two days after KYC. We could not verify limits at source.
Regional pages list UPI, PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay. Under India’s 2025 Act, payment providers are barred from processing money-game transactions, so expect friction.
It is marketed there, but we found no Brazilian authorisation in the sources read. Check Brazilian rules and the live terms before registering.
We could not confirm the in-account tools. Set your own budget and consider an independent blocker such as BetBlocker.
Several unofficial mirror and affiliate domains use the name. Only trust the domain you reach from the operator’s own licence and terms pages.
