Internal Security Code and the 2019 Ordinance
Article L. 320-1 of the Internal Security Code prohibits games of chance, article L. 320-6 lists the authorised exceptions, and Ordinance No. 2019-1015 of 2 October 2019 rewrote the framework, created the ANJ and set the penalties for unlicensed gambling.
