Payments and withdrawals
Supported deposit and withdrawal methods, stated limits, fees and processing times, and verification requirements. Stated processing times are reported as operator information, not as guarantees.
Security and account controls
Identity verification practices, account protection features and the security measures the operator describes.
Responsible gambling tools
The availability of deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and other player-protection tools, and links to support services.
Terms and restrictions
Key terms affecting players, including bonus conditions, wagering requirements, maximum bet and cashout rules, and account or withdrawal restrictions.
Customer support
The support channels offered, stated hours and languages.
Commercial relationship
