Our Position
Technology can help us process information faster, but it does not change our responsibility for what we publish. Content on Blucca remains the responsibility of Blucca, regardless of the tools used to prepare it.
How Tools May Be Used

Standards That Always Apply
- Sourcing. Material claims must be traceable to identifiable sources, whether or not a tool was used.
- Verification. Facts, figures, dates and quotations are checked against sources, as described in Fact Checking.
- Human accountability. Published content is subject to editorial responsibility and our Editorial Policy.
- No fabricated material. We do not publish invented sources, quotations, statistics, authors or credentials.
- Independence. Commercial relationships do not influence how tools are used or what conclusions are reached.
Known Limitations
Automated tools can make mistakes, including stating incorrect information with confidence. For that reason, output is treated as a draft to be checked, never as a source.

Where automation plays a material role in a dataset or piece of content, we aim to be open about it. If you believe something on Blucca is inaccurate, tell us through Corrections.
