Blucca may carry advertising and sponsored content. This policy explains how commercial material is labelled, what advertisers can and cannot influence, and the limits we apply.
Principles
- Clear labelling. Advertising and sponsored content are distinguishable from editorial and research content.
- Editorial separation. Advertisers and sponsors do not control editorial coverage, research findings, reviews or ratings.
- Legal compliance. Commercial material must comply with the advertising and gambling rules that apply in the market where it is shown.
Types of Commercial Content
Display advertising
Paid placements shown around content and identified as advertising.
Sponsored content
Material produced or paid for by a third party, labelled as sponsored or as a partner feature and not presented as independent reporting or research.
Affiliate links and offers
Links that may generate a commission, and promotional offers shown in a commercial context. See Commercial Disclosure.
What Advertisers Cannot Do
- Review, approve or change editorial content or research before publication.
- Buy a review, rating, ranking or favourable coverage.
- Require removal or alteration of published reporting or corrections.
- Have an offer presented as independent research.
Advertising Standards
We expect commercial material to be accurate, not misleading and clear about material terms. Gambling advertising must not target minors, suggest gambling solves financial problems or promote irresponsible play. We may decline or remove material that does not meet these standards or breaches applicable law.
Geographic Restrictions
Gambling advertising is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. We aim to show commercial material only where permitted, but users remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling involves risk and is for adults of legal age only. Read our Responsible Gambling information.
